LEVEL 1
RESILIENCE FOUNDATION
Resilience Foundation
The Level 1 Foundation course introduces participants to the 6 core principles which are necessary for supporting the psychological wellbeing of children and young people. These core principles are fundamental the the delivery of any Exchange Resource programme. That's why they are a critical prerequisite to continuing onto any of our other programmes.

Resilience Building Programmes
RESILIENCE BUILDING PROGRAMMES
Our dedicated training team will lead you in how to deliver our programmes to children and young people.
The best way to learn is by doing- you will fully immerse in the programmes stages as your future participants would be. We'll provide you with your supplies to undertake all activities as you learn.
Duration: 1 Day

LEVEL 1
Psychological wellbeing training for
school nurses
Psychological wellbeing training for
school nurses
Part 1: Introduction to the Resource-based framework: a whole school approach for supporting the psychological wellbeing of children and young people. This training was created specifically for school nurses in response to the growing need for public health professionals to feel confident and prepared to engage young people in a dialogue focused around mental health.
Duration: 2 hours
Cost: £300 (unlimited participants)
Part 2: Psychological Wellbeing Dialogues: Key principles, skills and techniques to engage in a psychological wellbeing dialogue with young people
Duration: 3 x 1 hour workshops
Requirements: Completion of Part 1 Introduction to Psychological Wellbeing
Cost: £350 per workshop (8 participants)

LEVEL 2
Certificate in theraplay
CERTIFICATE IN THERAPLAY
Level 2 Certificate in Theraplay: supporting the psychological wellbeing of children and young people
The Level 2 Certificate guides participants into the resilience framework in more depth. The course will then teach counselling skills and practical techniques to engage young people. Participants will learn key areas such as safeguarding and reflective practice to prepare them for working with clients.
Duration: 15 Days (1 Day a Week)

Level 2
LEVEL 3
Diploma in counselling children and young people
Diploma in counselling children and young people
The programme incorporates the BACP Counselling Children and Young People training curriculum (4-18 years) and is designed to provide an in-depth professional training in counselling for young people aged 10-18 years.
Duration: 2 Years
Requirements: Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills or equivalent (contact us for information)
